Who I am
This website is operated by Nadjezda Heymans, trading as NADJEZDA HEYMANS, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 88606953.

I am responsible for the personal data processed through this website and in connection with my services.

What data I collect
When you contact me through this website, I receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, website address, the type of help you are looking for and your message. If you send me content for review, the files may occasionally contain personal data. I treat all material you share with me as confidential and use it only for the purpose for which it was provided. An NDA is available on request.

Why I use your data

• respond to your enquiry;

• prepare a proposal or quotation;

• communicate with you about a potential or agreed project;

• carry out the services we have agreed;

• manage invoicing and business administration; and

• comply with legal and tax obligations.

Depending on the situation, I process your data because this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform our agreement, or to comply with a legal obligation.

How long I keep it
I keep enquiries that do not lead to a project for up to 12 months, unless there is a reason to retain them for longer. If we work together, I keep project-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, handle follow-up questions and protect my legitimate business interests. Invoices and other records that form part of my tax administration are retained for the period required under Dutch tax law.

Where possible, files supplied solely for review are deleted when they are no longer needed for the project or reasonable follow-up.

Who else may process your data
I do not sell your personal data and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

I use selected service providers to operate my business. These may include:

• Framer, which hosts this website and processes website form submissions on my behalf;

• my email provider;

• cloud storage or file-transfer services, where needed for a project; and

• accounting or administrative service providers, where relevant.

These providers may process personal data only insofar as necessary to provide their services.

Framer explains that, for data collected through a Framer site, the site owner acts as controller and Framer acts as processor.

Cookies and analytics
This website uses Framer’s built-in analytics. Framer Analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and provides me with anonymous statistics about how the website is used. I do not use tracking cookies for advertising or behavioural profiling.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive a copy of it. To exercise these rights, email me at info@nadjezda.com. If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

I may update this statement from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
